Website purpose

This website provides general information about Rosemead Care’s temporary staffing services for adult social care provider organisations.

No automatic booking

Submitting or preparing a request does not create a contract, guarantee availability or confirm a worker. A booking exists only after Rosemead Care has reviewed and expressly confirmed it.

Provider responsibility

The client provider remains responsible for its regulated service, assessments, care planning, worker direction, supervision and service-user decisions. Rosemead Care does not accept direct care bookings from individuals or families through this website.

Emergencies

Rosemead Care is not an emergency or safeguarding reporting service. Contact the appropriate emergency, safeguarding or statutory service when urgent action is required.

Accuracy

We aim to keep information accurate but services, coverage and availability may change. These terms should be reviewed alongside final client contracts and legal advice before public launch.
